  This is a great public golf course. For the value you will receive , I challenge any golfer in the area to find a more well maintained golf course. The views from around the course are great. The management and staff are always working to improve the course. Do yourself a golf favor and play Brushy Mountain. Playing from the tips, it's all the golf you could want or move up to several of the upper tees for a round.

  There was a little bit of snow that came down and I perfered not to drive home, forty minutes away from where I work. My company offered to put me at the golf club until it subsides. After I worked, I arrive at the club and go into my room. A little hungry so I decided to see if the restaurant was open right beside the guests rooms. The manager answered, Lou if I remember correctly. He says the restaurant isn't open but he would be glad to go get me something to eat. I graciously declined. Next thing I know Lou is knocking on the door, with a smile and what would make my day. He insisted on going to get me something to eat, after coming to terms that he wasn't about to let me starve he leaves, goes to a local restaurant and brought me back a delicious meal. I will come back just for his customer service, one of a kind and have never had someone go as far as he did to satisfy me at any resort, hotel or club.
